We pride ourselves on our continuous growth and commitment to excellence. We are currently seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Realtor to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.
Responsibilities
- Licensed Real Estate Agent for new and pre-owned homes within the Pot-Nets communities.
- Actively solicit and pursue potential Buyers & Sellers through various channels, including email, phone calls, referrals, and social media outreach.
- Become an expert on Pot-Nets, including knowledge of floorplans, ground leases, taxes, utility rates, financing plans, amenities, schools, shopping, transportation, and other area features and benefits.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the inventory of new and pre-owned homes, including their locations, floorplans, features, and pricing.
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective buyers, guiding them through the home buying process and addressing any questions or concerns.
Qualifications
- Delaware-licensed Realtor (or in the process of obtaining a license).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to learn and quickly master other software applications and web-based services.
