Job Description: Tuopu USA, LLC is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operator to join our team in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will gain experience in manufacturing or a related field and will be responsible for operating equipment and performing tasks to meet production standards. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review “Job Board” prior to running production.
- Attend to molding press and associated equipment (or assembly equipment) per company safety, quality and production requirements.)
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and quality.
- Perform tasks associated with production line operations, including material handling and assembly.
- Follow established procedures, blueprints, and specifications to meet production goals.
- Conduct equipment set-up, calibration, and routine maintenance as required.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and engineers to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Document production data and report any discrepancies or equipment malfunctions.
- Responsible for following all internal and OSHA required safety procedures.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing or a related field preferred. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand basic instructions and correspondence.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication one-on-one and small group settings and teamwork skills.
- Adherence to all company policies and procedures (i.e., Quality Manual, Associate Handbook, etc.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.
