ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sweep and mop all floors in the dining room and bar
- Clean, sanitize, and mop bathrooms
- Clean all floors in the kitchen, prep kitchen, dish-room, and server station.
- Ensure all floor drains are clean of debris and trash
- High dusting of dining room and bar
- Monthly stainless steel detailed cleaning
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Ability to reach, bend and stoop
