We are currently searching for the ideal candidate to fulfill management duties at our excellent locations in Tupelo, MS. The selected individual will receive an hourly rate based on their performance, offering earning potential that exceeds what most people in similar positions with similar requirements typically make.

More than 80% of your responsibilities will involve interacting with customers, potential customers, and various community members. While a college degree or experience in the self-storage industry is not required, a strong and proven background in sales and customer service is essential.

At Tupelo Lock Storage, we recognize that our site managers are vital to our success. While having a background in customer service and office management is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Essential qualifications include computer literacy, including sending emails and attaching documents, as well as a quick ability to learn our software (StorEDGE & U-Haul). Familiarity with state lien laws and auction procedures is also important. The ideal candidate will be capable of performing property maintenance, keeping the grounds and facility clean, and maintaining an organized and tidy office. Additionally, the ability to implement marketing strategies and a willingness to make collections calls are highly desirable. The right candidate must hold a driver's license and must be willing to travel to our sister properties in Tupelo a couple of times weekly.
