Nurse Practitioner

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in patient care, with the ability to assess, diagnose, and treat patients for weightloss. This role requires excellent communication skills, a compassionate approach to patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. This job is a part time we are looking for someone to on Mondays are a must from 12pm to 4pm, some Thursdays from 2pm to 6pm and maybe some Saturdays 9am to 1pm.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Perform diagnostic procedures such phlebotomy.
• Provide education and counseling to patients regarding their health conditions and treatment options.
• Manage chronic illnesses and coordinate care for patients requiring case management.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing or equivalent advanced practice nursing degree.
• Current Nurse Practitioner certification and state licensure and DEA number.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with medical advancements.
