Summary
Airstream Of Mississippi is searching for a high energy, positive, motivated Service Advisor to join our family. Applicants must be confident, up-beat, willing to work hard and have a strong desire to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate RV Service and repairs between customers and the technicians. Ensure customers have full knowledge of any work performed and is informed of any updates.
JOB DUTIES:
1. Verify warranty and service contract coverage.
2. Set realistic expectations for customers and ensure you hold to those expectations.
3. Prepare repair orders by describing the complaint, the cause, and the repair.
4. Utilize all the tools available to stay connected with the customers throughout the service experience.
5. Attend all meetings and training as required.
6. Function as a liaison between customers and technicians.
7. Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
8. Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 1. Must have strong motivational skills and ability to work independently.
2. Must have professional appearance and demeanor.
3. Provide excellent customer service.
4. Basic computer skills to manage inventory and customer databases.
5. Ability to communicate in a professional and tactful manner.
6. Experience in Service or Parts Management is helpful but not mandatory.
