```Duties```
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer hardware and software-related issues.
- Assist users with setting up and configuring their devices, including installing necessary software and drivers.
- Respond to service requests and incidents in a timely manner, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions to recurring problems.
- Document and maintain accurate records of all support activities, including resolutions and workarounds.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of IT equipment, such as printers, scanners, and projectors.
- Conduct user training sessions to enhance their understanding of IT systems and applications.
```Experience```
- Proven experience in providing technical support in an IT environment.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software troubleshooting, and operating systems (Windows, Office).
- Familiarity with IT service management tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Remedy.
- Experience with VPN setup and configuration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
