Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Auto Dealer Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a variety of administrative tasks efficiently. This role is vital in ensuring that the office runs smoothly and effectively, supporting both staff and management in achieving organizational goals.
Duties
- Manage inventory, costs, and data entry
- On-boarding for new hires
- Closing out deal fees and preparing title work
- General vendor management and supplier sourcing
- Front desk coordination
- Filing of auto dealer forms and documentation
Experience
- Proven experience in an Automotive dealership office role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff at all levels.
- Familiarity with dealership software
- Experience in Auto dealership paperwork
- Proficiency in Google suite office products (sheets, docs, etc)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
