Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Auto Dealer Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a variety of administrative tasks efficiently. This role is vital in ensuring that the office runs smoothly and effectively, supporting both staff and management in achieving organizational goals.

Duties

  • Manage inventory, costs, and data entry
  • On-boarding for new hires
  • Closing out deal fees and preparing title work
  • General vendor management and supplier sourcing
  • Front desk coordination
  • Filing of auto dealer forms and documentation

Experience

  • Proven experience in an Automotive dealership office role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff at all levels.
  • Familiarity with dealership software
  • Experience in Auto dealership paperwork
  • Proficiency in Google suite office products (sheets, docs, etc)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
