Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reconditioning Manager with auto mechanic experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting vehicles after purchase, coordinating various inspections and repairs, managing vehicle transport and parts procurement, and photographing cars for advertising purposes. This role also requires excellent customer communication skills, including coordinating customer repairs and maintaining professional phone etiquette.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect vehicles after purchase to assess condition and identify necessary repairs.
- Coordinate vehicles for state inspections and further mechanical assessments.
- Manage vehicle transport logistics.
- Oversee vehicle repairs and parts purchasing.
- Photograph vehicles for advertising and marketing purposes.
- Ensure organization and attention to detail in all aspects of reconditioning.
- Maintain a good driving record and have the ability to drive standard transmission vehicles.
- Coordinate customer repairs and provide excellent phone etiquette when communicating with customers.
Requirements:
- Auto mechanic experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive standard transmission vehicles.
- Excellent customer communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Ability to photograph vehicles for marketing purposes.

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
