  • M365 Expertise:
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including:
  • Exchange Online
  • SharePoint Online
  • Microsoft Teams
  • OneDrive for Business
  • Understanding of Microsoft 365 licensing and subscription models.
  • Migration and Deployment:
  • Experience with migrating on-premises systems (e.g., Exchange, SharePoint) to Microsoft 365.
  • Familiarity with hybrid configurations.
  • Administration and Support:
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration tools such as Admin Center, Security & Compliance Center, and PowerShell.
  • Experience in managing user accounts, permissions, and security groups.
  • Security and Compliance:
  • Understanding of Microsoft 365 security features, including Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements like GDPR, HIPAA, or NIST, particularly for federal or regulated environments.
  • Scripting and Automation:
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation of administrative tasks.
  • Networking and Integration:
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, and hybrid identity management.
  • Knowledge of network protocols and configurations related to Microsoft 365.

  • Backup and recovery solutions for Microsoft 365.
  • Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and advanced threat protection tools.
  • Experience with third-party tools and integrations used alongside Microsoft 365, such as email security gateways or document management systems.

Additional Requirements

  • Security Clearance: Must have or be able to obtain a Public Trust.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with federal IT compliance frameworks like FedRAMP or FISMA.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $107,481.00 - $140,000.00 per year
