Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Architectural Installer to join our team on a 1099 contract basis. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for the installation and assembly of various architectural components and materials, ensuring the highest level of quality and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install architectural products such as windows, doors, trim, paneling, cladding, and other building components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications to ensure accurate installation.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other tradespeople to meet installation deadlines and standards.
- Ensure that all installations meet safety regulations and codes.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in architectural installation or a related field (minimum 3 years preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
- Must have own tools, transportation, and be reliable.
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
- OSHA certification is a plus, but not required.
Additional Requirements:
- Independent contractor status (1099).
- Must be insured and licensed where required by law

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
