Automotive Tinting Experience Required - Flat Glass Experience a plus
We are seeking an established automotive and architectural tinting expert. This person will flex between automotive and architectural installs to ensure film applications are executed efficiently and without defects. We are looking for an experienced mentor who can apply film while sharing their knowledge with the team with kindness and obsession for quality results.
Job Responsibilities:
- Able to work in a team environment and adapt to the Turbo Tint way
- Skilled in all facets of installing architectural window films
- Use center software to enter, update and verify job information.
- Frequently coordinate with center manager to ensure smooth scheduling and operation
- Uphold excellence in film application and pride of work.
- Uphold efficiency and quality metrics – your bonus will depend on it!
Qualifications:
- 2 plus years of automotive tint experience
- Ability to occasionally interface with customers and show them we are customer obsessed
- Punctuality and reliability – this position is critical to the daily success of the team
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Willingness to learn our system and stick to it
- Clean driving record

Full-time position – 40/hours per week
Turbo Tint Hours: Tuesday - Friday (8 AM - 5 PM), Saturday (9 AM - 1 PM) subject to modification

Pay: $40,000-65,000 per year depending on experience.
