Maintenance Technician

Job Summary :

Turbo Wash is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the operations of our four car wash locations. This role is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated problem solver who can work independently while effectively communicating with site managers and team members.

Key Responsibilities :

• Preventative Maintenance : Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on car wash equipment, including conveyor systems, motors, pumps, and water treatment systems, to prevent unexpected breakdowns.
• Repairs & Troubleshooting : Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues with car wash equipment and related infrastructure.
• Equipment Calibration : Ensure proper alignment and operation of wash equipment to deliver high-quality service.
• Emergency Response : Respond promptly to service calls, troubleshoot equipment failures, and implement quick solutions to minimize downtime.
• Inventory & Supplies : Maintain a stock of necessary parts and tools, ordering replacements as needed to avoid disruptions in operations.
• Compliance & Safety : Follow all OSHA regulations, safety guidelines, and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Facility Upkeep : Assist with general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, lighting repairs, and structural upkeep at each location.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and reports on maintenance activities.
