Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license to meet our insurance requirements
• High school graduate or GED
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Fluent English - Spanish is a plus

Tasks

• Perform inspections of lawns and surrounding landscape
• Identify problems, make recommendations, and implement solutions
• Apply the proper application or service
• Help educate customers on their plant’s health care needs
• Provide clear communication to customers through verbal and written documentation
• Care for and maintain vehicle, service equipment, and other company property

Pay

• Starting pay with no experience is $20.00 per hour
• We provide time and a half pay for all hours worked over 40 hours a week
• We provide weekly and annual bonus incentives on top of your base hourly pay
• Our average new technician is making $23.00 an hour within the first 3 - 4 months.
• Veteran technicians average much higher pay!
