RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform lawn care duties such as mowing, weed eating/edging and clearing off grass clippings
- Perform various tasks related to groundskeeping and maintenance
- Assist with snow plowing and removal during winter months
- Some lawn irrigation tasks may be necessary
- Bush/shrub trimming and pruning
- Spring and fall leaf cleanup and additional garden bed maintenance
- Landscaping projects as needed which might include heavy lifting and laboring tasks
- Ability to work in extreme heat and cold
- Use and possess a mobile device to clock in and out each day
- Clean equipment, trailer and vehicle at the end of each week
EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience in lawn mowing groundskeeping (preferred 1-3 years)
- Mechanical knowledge for operating zero turn standing lawnmowers, weed eater/edger and maintaining lawn equipment
- Garden bed maintenance and landscaping background
- Familiarity with snow plowing and removal procedures
SKILLS:
- Proficient in snow plowing and removal techniques
- Ability to perform various groundskeeping tasks, such as mowing, pruning, and irrigation
- Knowledge of lawn care practices
- Garden bed maintenance
- Landscaping experience, such as mulching and rock installation, edging and tree/bush planting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Heavy lifting and labor intensive capabilities
