A Turf Masters Residential Sales Rep (Hybrid) will prospect for new customers and generate leads, as well as completing any company leads provided in an assigned territory.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage an assigned territory by cold calling, warm calling, incoming inquiry leads, and follow up with current clients via telephone, face to face, text, and email.
- Work as directed to achieve sales goals and support team members
- Offer all Turf Masters services to all prospects/customers
- Accurately measure and price all areas to be serviced
- Accurately complete a Property Site Inspection form for all prospected clients
- Explain the benefits and features of all Turf Masters' services and set realistic expectations
- Knowledge and understanding of all turf types, weed types, growth habits, disease and cycles
- Knowledge and understanding of proper cultural practices for lawns, trees, and shrubs
- Always represent Turf Masters in a professional and ethical manner
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Explore all opportunities to network and build referral partnerships
- Post sales data daily
- Properly enter sales data for new accounts
- Properly maintain and care for company property including phone, tablets and vehicles issued to you
- Keep all customer information confidential

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
- Satisfactory driving record (subject to approval from insurance company)
- Must have experience in Lawn Care, Landscaping, Golf Course, Turf, or Pest Control to be considered
