- Licensed Fertilization Technician – A valid applicator’s license is required.
- Industry Experience – At least 3 years of professional fertilization or turf care experience preferred.
- Self-Motivated & Detail-Oriented – You take pride in your work and follow application protocols precisely.
- Punctual & Professional – Show up on time and represent Turf Rehab with excellence.
- Strong Work Ethic – Hardworking, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Mechanical Aptitude – Experience with ride-on sprayers, spreaders, and mixing chemicals is a plus.
- Knowledge of Lawn Care & Weed Control – Understanding of fertilizers, herbicides, and proper application timing.
- Valid Driver’s License – Clean driving record required for operating company vehicles.
- Applying fertilizer, pre-emergent, weed control, and insecticides based on property needs.
- Using ride-on sprayers and spreaders for efficient and even application.
- Identifying and diagnosing turf issues, including weeds, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies.
- Educating customers on best lawn care practices to maintain results.
- Maintaining accurate records of applications and ensuring compliance with state regulations.
