- 5 years of experience in landscaping – Including lawn installations, plant installations, and property maintenance.
- Previous leadership experience – Must have experience managing crews and running job sites.
- Strong knowledge of landscape construction – Including plant installation, grading, drainage, and equipment operation.
- Ability to read blueprints & execute landscape designs – Experience with project planning and layout is a plus.
- Experience operating machinery – Skid steers, mini excavators, trenchers, and other landscape equipment.
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record – Required for operating company trucks and trailers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills – Ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenges.
- Strong communication & leadership skills – Must be able to give clear direction, train crew members, and ensure job quality.
- Attention to detail & commitment to quality – We expect high standards in every project.
- Leading a crew in landscape installations, lawn renovations, and property maintenance.
- Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Operating and maintaining equipment, trucks, and trailers.
- Communicating with clients, project managers, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Training and mentoring crew members to improve efficiency and skill development.
- Reading and executing blueprints, site plans, and project layouts.
- Managing materials, job site organization, and safety compliance.
