Position Profile:
Turf Team LLC is looking for a motivated customer service representative who desires an administrative position in a fast-growing locally owned company. We offer turf management service such as weed control/fertilization for our community. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive demeanor, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, a high level of computer skills, and problem solving abilities as well as multitasking.
Duties:
- Answer phones, input new customer information, schedule appointments
- Ensures full customer satisfaction and maintains a friendly, helpful demeanor
- Refers unresolved customer issues to designated departments
- Keeps records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments
- Handling billing/receivables of clients
