Position Summary:
As a Lawn Care Helper, you’ll assist with the daily maintenance of residential and commercial properties. This position involves physical outdoor work and requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with mowing, edging, weedeating, and blowing off debris
- Support hedge trimming and general cleanups
- Load/unload and maintain lawn care equipment
- Follow safety procedures and team lead directions
- Work efficiently to uphold Turf Titans’ high service standards
Requirements:
- Must be able to work outdoors in Florida heat
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and handle repetitive outdoor tasks
- Team player with a good attitude
- Lawn care experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday (occasional weekends)
- Start times vary depending on the season and workload
Pay:
- $130/day starting pay
- 90-day review with potential for raise based on performance
