Duties and Responsibilities:
FOOD PRODUCTION
- Follow recipes with pictures for standardization
- Keep kitchen clean and sanitary
- Ability to work every station
- Cold
- Sauté
- Grill/Broil/Fry
- Follow direction from Supervisor, Chef
- Maintain orderly food flow for events
- Other duties as assigned
FOOD PREPARATION
- Maintain the quality, appearance, and taste of food
- Maintain portion control
- Prepare food
- Maintain appropriate cooking temperatures
- Store and date perishable and non-perishable foods appropriately
KNIFE SKILLS
- Store and sharpen knives appropriately
Physical Demands:
- Exposure to Hot and Cold Temperatures
- Lift or Move an Excess of 100 Lbs. Using Carts
- Bending and Lifting
- Repetitive Hand Motions
- Slippery Work Environment
- Sharp Cutting Tools
- Exposure to Cleaning Chemicals
- Standing on Feet for 8 Hours
- Hazards Include, but are Not Limited to: Cuts, Slipping, Tripping, Falls and Burns
Education and Work Experience:

- 1-2 years of experience with fine dining
- Culinary degree is preferred
- Experience using kitchen knives
