Duties and Responsibilities:
START OF DAY
- Attendants must supply their own starting banks (change available in Accounting)
- Clock in at the time clock
- Sign out a beverage cart from the ProShop
- Go to the receiving area to check in with your cart
- Using the beverage cart worksheet, have cart filled with appropriate levels of product
- Head to your designated course
ON THE GOLF COURSE
- Starting at either the 1st or 18th hole- follow the holes in succession greeting players as you move along; repeat
- Follow proper golf course etiquette
- Cart stays on paths only
- Don’t drive the cart while players are hitting
- Be quiet while in the vicinity of players
- Assist customers
- Prepare/serve food and beverages
- Process order
- Total sale and handle money transaction
- You are responsible for inventory security and money
- Customer service skills
- Be professional
- Attentive to customers
- Return to receiving throughout the day to replenish as necessary
END OF DAY
- Unload beverage cart and return product to its proper storage location
- Using the beverage cart worksheet figure out your total sales for the day and subtract any charges to get the total cash to drop
- Gratis items for the Mangione family members must include a charge form
- Count money for the cash drop (you are responsible for overages and shortages)
- Drop cash envelope along with a copy of both the beverage cart worksheet and the balance sheet in the designated drop; keep your original bank and cash tips
- Return cart to ProShop, have it checked in by a ProShop team member and sign it in
Physical Demands:
- Ability to Lift Up to 25 Lbs.
- Exposure to Hot and Cold Temperatures
- Reaching and Bending
- Hands in Soapy Water
- Hazards Include, but are Not Limited To: Cuts, Slips, Tripping, Falls, Burns
Education and Work Experience:
Customer Service or Food Service experience preferred
