Turf Valley is looking for Service Assistants.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establishes a great first impression to our guests and creates a memorable experience
- Knowledge of food and beverage we provide
- Ensures expedite station and tables are set up and clean
- Expedite and deliver food to tables and bar
- Clears tables during dining service
- Assist bar with restocking needs
- Rotate food and condiments FIFO
- Breakdown and clean expedite station at end of shift
- Flexible availability, shifts may vary. Ideal candidate would be On-Call.
- Must be able to work weekends and some Holiday
- Other duties as assigned
Physical Demands:
- Requires lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to be on feet for at least 8 hours
Education and Work Experience:
- Experience in upscale dining setting preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
