What are the responsibilities and job description for the Main Banker position at Turfway Park?
Summary
The Main Banker is responsible and accountable for assisting the Cash and Player Services Supervisor in the complete operation of the Vault.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for accurate control over gaming
- Ensure all policies and procedures are followed.
- Responsible for maintaining adequate operational bankrolls
- Responsible for maintaining adequate NRT cassette inventory
- Ensures the safety and security of employees and customers. Manages process and procedures to control and reduce loss time injuries.
- Review vault activities with Cash Operations Supervisor and/or Manager of Cash Operations and Player Services.
- May be asked to substitute as a Cage Cashier from time to time.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of higher education or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 2-5 years’ experience in gaming or banking operations.
- Must be able to obtain license to work at facility from regulatory body.
Must be available to work when needed, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
