The Experience Guest Services Associate makes an impact by –
- Ensuring that guests visiting the Turkey Hill Experience have a pleasant and enjoyable experience by assisting in their respective area: Front Desk, Exhibits, and Taste Lab
- Front Desk associates are responsible for ticketing and other general purchases
- Exhibits associates oversee their respective areas, greeting guests, answering any questions they might have, making sure they know where to go, and ensuring inventory is properly stocked
- Previous customer service experience
- Comfortability speaking in front of large groups of people
- A pleasant personality and neat appearance
- The flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Enthusiasm to learn about all aspects of the Turkey Hill Experience including company history
- Flexible schedule
- No late nights

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
- The employee is required to talk and/or hear in an office setting (noise level is low) and manufacturing setting where noise levels can be high (PPE required).
- The employee is frequently required to stand and walk in an office or manufacturing environment from 4-8 hours.
- The employee must be able to ascend and descend stairs, and where applicable and when necessary, to perform various job-related tasks
- Must be able to position self to move, reach with arms/hands, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed to perform various job-related tasks
- The employee must be able to inspect all job-related equipment (office or floor) to ensure it is in good working condition prior to use. Must be able to use hands/fingers to handle (or feel) to operate various types of office equipment.
- Must be able to operate all job-related equipment (powered, hand or office) as required
- Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception and adjust focus
- Ability to lift 20 pounds and/or push/pull 20 pounds on a regular or occasional basis
