The Social Media Graphics Intern makes an impact by–
- Social Media content
- Help develop visual content for our Facebook and Instagram accounts
- Brainstorm ideas with the full Marketing team to build out a calendar of posts
- Knowledge of digital photography, social media trends, video, and animations is a plus
- Creative execution
- Take the concept art files and turn them into final images for use on the web
- Help keep our growing portfolio of social media images organized for easy access
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop a must
- Concept development
- Brainstorm, develop, and create conceptual artwork and/or renderings for use by our Sales and Brand Teams
- Help facilitate assets for use in customer presentations.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Specific area of study and/or interests:
- Graphics/Advertising/Communications
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of the internship.
- The employee is required to talk and/or hear in an office setting (noise level is low) and manufacturing setting where noise levels can be high (PPE required).
- The employee is frequently required to stand and walk in an office or manufacturing environment from 4-8 hours.
- The employee must be able to ascend and descend stairs, and where applicable and when necessary, to perform various job-related tasks
- Must be able to position self to move, reach with arms/hands, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed to perform various job-related tasks
- The employee must be able to inspect all job-related equipment (office or floor) to ensure it is in good working condition prior to use. Must be able to use hands/fingers to handle (or feel) to operate various types of office equipment.
- Must be able to operate all job-related equipment (powered, hand or office) as required
- Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception and adjust focus
- Ability to lift 20 pounds and/or push/pull 20 pounds on a regular or occasional basis
