What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Coordinator position at Turkle & Associates?
Full-time position in busy, fast-paced Plastic Surgery and Medical Aesthetics practice.
Responsible for:
Responding to potential new patients by providing practice service and procedure information, conducting new patient consultations in coordination with Physician and communicating with patients prior to appointment and at the time of consultation regarding pre-op and post-op instructions and fees. Consistently following up on voicemail, email and web leads from potential new patients.
Previous medical office experience highly preferred.
