Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Provide information about vehicles, including features, specifications, and pricing.
- Conduct test drives to demonstrate vehicle performance and features.
- Negotiate prices and terms to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Complete paperwork and documentation accurately and promptly.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Uphold dealership standards and best practices in customer service and sales processes.
- Overseeing and coordinating customer leads.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Salesperson or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of automotive technologies and trends.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification from automotive sales training programs is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
