What are the responsibilities and job description for the Estimator / Project Manager position at Turman Commercial Painters?
This is an entry-level Assistant Estimator position. This position is in person, no hybrid or remote work available.
Job Responsibilities Include but not limited to :
- Must be relationship driven; develop relationships with owners, clients, vendors, employees.
- Assist in provide pricing on projects (material / equipment / labor), familiar with job site visits and or project drawings.
- Order material and equipment for projects.
- Schedule and coordinate all work with field management.
- Review project, contract, extra work orders and billing documents.
- Attend sales team meetings and staff meetings.
- High level of computer skills needed, strong communication skills, strong organizational skills.
- Must have excellent people skills.
Office schedule is Monday - Friday 7am to 4pm
