We are a correctional healthcare provider with a regional focus on our clinics in Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, Montana, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Texas Jails and Detention Centers. Our team oversees the day-to-day healthcare operations in facilities with inmate populations ranging from 25 to nearly 2,800 inmates. Location: Kansas, Multiple Sites
TK Health Clinics is currently seeking a motivated Associate Regional Nurse Manager/ Lead Float to provide oversight for Multiple County jails located in Kansas. The chosen applicant will be responsible for Supporting the Regional Nurse Manage and Kansas Facilities. Experience in scheduling and onboarding is required as well as having continuous quality improvement experience and covering shifts (direct patient care). Effective communication (both oral and written) and excellent organizational and time-management skills are required. This position will have heavy travel to multiple clinics in the state of Kansas. Correctional experience is strongly preferred, but critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have experience and be an enthusiastic and positive with excellent team building skills. Travel required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid, unrestricted LPN license
- Current CPR
- Ability to pass a background check
