Sales Associate

Job Overview
We are a full service sanitary welding company with over 160 welders and pipe fitters. The role of my new sales staff is to keep each and every one of our team working so they may not only take care of there families with a constant income but they are also the back bone of our company. This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commission Sales Associate at Turn Key Quality Services. The role is located in all 50 states and we are looking to bring at least 100 sales associates onboard. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for sales activities, customer relationship management, and meeting sales targets.

We are seeking motivated and dynamic Sales Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves engaging with customers, making sure all of the customers needs are met. If you have a passion for sales and a knack for building relationships, we want to hear from you!

Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Negotiate terms of sale and close deals effectively.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance product visibility in the market.

Requirements

Sales Experience and Customer Relationship Management skills

Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills

Ability to work independently

Strong organizational skills

Knowledge of the sales process and techniques

Some knowledge of sanitary welding and pipe fitting but not required we may assist you as you learn the industry.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $10,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
