Job Summary:

We seek skilled, experienced, enthusiastic, and a dedicated LEAD Motorcycle Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust motorcycle maintenance and repair background, a passion for powersports, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. As a Motorcycle Mechanic at our dealership, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of motorcycles and powersports vehicles, ensuring they perform at their peak for our customers. You will need to meet objectives set by management and keep a need and tidy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on motorcycles and powersports vehicles, including oil changes, tire changes, brake adjustments, and more.

- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical and evaluate any issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.

- Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and recommend preventative maintenance.

- Keep detailed records of all services and repairs performed.

- Order and install replacement parts as needed, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in motorcycle and powersports vehicle maintenance.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols and guidelines.

- Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in motorcycle mechanics is a plus.

- Proven experience as a motorcycle mechanic or in a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of motorcycle and powersports vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.

- Proficiency with diagnostic tools, repair equipment, and hand tools.

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
