Our client is seeking a dynamic Business Process Project Manager to join our team and take ownership of key process improvement initiatives that will shape the future of our organization. Our team is growing, and we need a strategic and results-oriented Business Process Project Manager to help us achieve new heights. Key Responsibilities : Lead Process Improvement Projects : Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for process optimization initiatives, from planning and design through implementation and continuous improvement. Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, IT, finance, and HR) to gather requirements, identify pain points, and design scalable, efficient business processes. Analyze and Identify Opportunities : Conduct process mapping, data analysis, and process assessments to identify areas for improvement and inefficiencies within the organization. Drive Change Management : Ensure smooth adoption of process improvements by guiding teams through change management efforts and providing training and support. Monitor and Measure Impact : Track the performance of new processes and tools post-implementation to ensure objectives are met and identify any areas for further refinement. Manage Stakeholder Communication : Communicate progress, risks, and results to senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications : Experience : 3 years in project management or process improvement roles, hands on experience with acquisitions a plus. Skills : Strong knowledge of process mapping and project management tools. Leadership : Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Problem-Solving : Strong analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering tangible results. Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and influence decision-making. Education : Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. PMP or similar is a plus. Why Join Us?
