- Retain clients through contract renewals by understanding their engagement levels, identifying competitive threats, and escalating as necessary.
- Expand clients' services by building trusted relationships to create deeper engagements through direct selling and referral selling efforts.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with C-level executives.
- Strategic planning abilities and technical knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Dynamics and Teams.
- At least 5 years' experience in banking or related industry, with experience in client/customer support, consulting, and/or product sales.
