We are seeking a Junior Maintenance Reliability Engineer to join our team in Fort Wayne, IN. This entry-level role is ideal for recent engineering graduates or early-career professionals with at least one year of experience who are eager to develop expertise in equipment reliability and maintenance. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting preventative maintenance programs, analyzing equipment performance, and assisting in the implementation of reliability initiatives.
As this is an ITAR-regulated facility, applicants must be U.S. citizens. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing maintenance procedures to improve equipment performance and reliability.
- Support the Maintenance Management System (CMMS) by scheduling and tracking preventative maintenance.
- Analyze equipment failure data, identify patterns, and assist in root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to monitor and improve equipment reliability.
- Help maintain spare parts inventory to minimize downtime.
- Research and recommend new technologies to enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Participate in hands-on training to develop expertise in mechanical and electrical systems.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure maintenance initiatives align with operational goals.
Required Skills & Abilities

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
- 1 years of experience in industrial maintenance, reliability, or a related field is preferred.
- Exposure to preventative maintenance programs, data analysis, or equipment troubleshooting is preferred.
