What You’ll Do
- Design and implement processes to eliminate defects and raise the bar on quality
- Lead a team of 30 quality professionals, ensuring proper staffing, training, and support
- Own the quality reporting process—refining tools that give insight and drive results
- Collaborate closely with Plant Managers, Product Managers, and cross-functional teams
- Participate in audits and product development meetings to embed quality from the start
- Partner with downstream processes to ensure smooth final inspections and compliance
- Use data (including warranty analysis) to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Uphold and evolve the company’s documented Quality Manual and procedures

- BS in Engineering or Technology with 5 years of relevant experience preferred
- Proven leader who takes initiative and drives results

- Skilled in structured problem-solving (RCCA, 8D) and risk mitigation

- Technically strong with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
