Role Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Supply Chain Manager to lead our international supply chain operations and help scale our processes for future growth. In this critical role, you will own the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and ensure seamless coordination across planning, purchasing, and logistics functions. You'll oversee the upstream supply chain coordinator and logistics coordinator, while driving efficiency, transparency, and resilience throughout our global supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the S&OP Process: Own and drive the company’s Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, aligning inputs from sales, product, and operations teams.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the upstream supply chain coordinator and logistics coordinator, providing direction and assigning priorities.
• Workflow Optimization: Map, implement, and improve supply chain workflows to enhance efficiency, accountability, and data visibility.
• Supplier Management: Monitor supplier performance, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance with contractual standards.
• Strategic Decision-Making: Take ownership of complex or escalated supply chain matters, including supplier negotiations, cost analysis, and issue resolution.
• Risk Management: Identify and proactively mitigate risks across the international supply chain such as cost volatility, vendor reliability, and freight disruptions.
• ERP Systems: Support and enhance ERP system functionality (ODOO preferred) to ensure processes are digitized, standardized, and scalable.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead supply chain improvement initiatives as we expand into new product categories and international markets.
• Logistics Oversight: Serve as the interim leader for logistics operations until a dedicated logistics team is established.

Requirements:

• Typically requires 5–8 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on international purchasing and logistics, or a demonstrated track record of success in a comparable role.
• Proven track record of implementing and optimizing S&OP processes.
• Strong analytical and operational process design skills.
• ERP experience required; ODOO experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence across departments.
• In-depth understanding of international supply chain operations, vendor compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Experience in high-growth, fast-paced startup or entrepreneurial environments.
