Are you an experienced Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) Analyst looking for an exciting new opportunity? We are hiring 5-10 EDD Analysts for on-site roles in San Antonio, TX or Lewisville, TX!
💼 Position Details:
📍 Locations: San Antonio, TX or Lewisville, TX
- Compensation: $44/hr
- Duration: Initial 90-day contract with potential for full-time conversion based on performance.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, 5 days on-site.
🔍 Responsibilities:
As an EDD Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
- Conducting enhanced due diligence during onboarding, trigger events, and periodic EDD refreshes.
- Building comprehensive customer risk profiles through internal and external research (e.g., geographic location, source of funds, employment verification).
- Communicating with customers to gather necessary documentation and address inquiries professionally.
- Identifying and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
💡 What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of EDD experience in financial services or fintech.
- Strong understanding of KYC/CDD/EDD processes and BSA/AML regulations.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Sheets, Google Docs, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high attention to detail.
- Availability to support a 24/7 environment and work 40 hours as needed.
