Join our dynamic team as a Lending Manager! We seek a dedicated professional to direct and coordinate all lending activities, ensure compliance with lending policies, and contribute to achieving organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and oversee lending operations to meet established goals.
- Perform duties of a Consumer / Mortgage Lender, including interviewing loan applicants, explaining loan options, and approving loans.
- Prepare department schedules and reports, track sales and production figures, and update procedures and forms.
- Stay informed of market conditions and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all lending regulations and participate in audits and exams.
- Review staff loan applications and provide recommendations to the management review committee.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
