Lending Supervisor
Location: Reston, VA (Fully in office, 5 days a week)
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a Lending Supervisor to oversee our consumer lending operations. This position requires 5 years of experience in consumer lending (e.g., mortgage, personal loans, auto loans, credit cards) and 2 years of management experience. The Lending Supervisor will manage a team, assist with underwriting, and help ensure the smooth processing of loans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the consumer lending team, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service.
- Oversee lending processes, including loan origination, underwriting, and approvals.
- Mentor and guide team members, providing support and training as needed.
- Work closely with the Director of Lending & Debt Resolution to implement strategies that promote growth and efficiency in lending operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (preferred).
- 5 years of experience in consumer lending (e.g., mortgage, personal loans, auto loans, credit cards).
- 2 years of management experience in a banking or lending environment.
- 1 years of underwriting experience (preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
