Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of 40 medical and veterinary trade shows annually.
- Coordinate event registration, booth setup, material preparation, and logistics. Ensure timely shipment of booths and materials while supporting sales representatives onsite when needed.
- Maintain and enhance the company website with a focus on user experience, content updates, and announcements tailored for consumers.
- Create user-friendly sales and support materials that are effective for both sales representatives and end-users.
- Lead social media marketing by creating engaging content, leveraging user-generated content (UGC), and managing daily activities to boost consumer engagement.
- Design and implement email marketing strategies and campaigns to drive consumer engagement and retention.
- Partner with external agencies to execute marketing initiatives, including Amazon ads, pay-per-click campaigns, and other direct-to-consumer (DTC) advertising efforts.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify trends, optimize strategies, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
