Job Overview:
As a Member Service Representative at our client, you'll provide top-notch service to our members, assisting with account inquiries, transactions, and promoting our products and services. You'll ensure a positive member experience while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet members, address inquiries, and provide information about products and services.
- Transactions: Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments. Ensure accurate cash handling.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve member concerns efficiently and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Sales Support: Promote credit union products like checking/savings accounts, loans, and digital banking services.
- Compliance: Maintain confidentiality and follow security protocols to protect member information.
- Administrative: Assist with account maintenance, file management, and routine clerical tasks.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience: High school diploma required; previous customer service or banking experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, and tech-savvy. Ability to handle transactions accurately and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
