Job Title : Project Superintendent
Job Summary :
We are seeking a full-time Superintendent / Field Project Manager to oversee multiple projects based in Washington DC. The ideal candidate will effectively coordinate and manage all on-site activities, working closely with project teams including Project Managers, engineers, foremen, and field personnel.
Superintendent Responsibilities :
- Ensure timely acquisition of all necessary materials, equipment, and inspections to support project schedules.
- Uphold site safety standards, conducting weekly safety meetings to ensure compliance with established company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with project teams to budget, forecast, and manage field personnel, labor, equipment, and materials.
- Develop work plans and temporary facilities for projects.
- Review construction documents for completeness and constructability.
- Manage overall project schedules and conduct on-site meetings with subcontractors and construction trades lead personnel.
- Oversee subcontractors for all on-site work.
