About the Role:
We're looking for a sharp, driven Sales Recruiter to lead hiring for high-impact GTM roles. You'll focus on building a strong pipeline of top-performing sales talent—from Account Executives to Sales Directors and VPs—primarily in the SaaS space. This role requires someone with grit, a high bar for quality, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with ambitious hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles, including Account Executives, Sales Directors/VPs, and Engagement Managers.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of top-tier SaaS sales talent across all levels.
- Deliver high-quality candidates for VP-level roles with the resilience and persistence needed to meet executive expectations.
- Operate independently while staying aligned with key stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Source passive candidates creatively and proactively using a variety of platforms and strategies.
- Maintain excellent candidate experience throughout the process and move quickly without sacrificing quality.
