Job Description
- Lead large-scale change management initiatives for various projects and programs
- Advise clients on change management methodologies and best practices
- Drive continuous improvement and change management efforts
- Create detailed project plans, defining scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, and timelines
- Identify project resources, recruit, and manage team members to ensure projects stay on track and meet deadlines
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships, clearly communicating project progress, changes, and issues throughout the project lifecycle
- Assist clients in identifying and mitigating risks that could impact the project’s timeline, scope, budget, or quality
- Ensure high-quality standards for project outcomes and that deliverables meet design specifications
- Identify and resolve project challenges, including technical, logistical, or resource-based constraints
- Analyze and recommend improvements to financial business processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead multiple project teams and provide direction to ensure successful project execution
- Apply industry research and provide clear, actionable guidance to clients in the Financial Services sector
- Present at leadership meetings, preparing and presenting briefing materials, participating in discussions, and tracking action items
- Support ad hoc requests, such as researching industry issues, developing position papers, and providing integration support
- Take responsibility for daily project activities, ensuring high-quality deliverables and strong client relationships
- Provide coaching and feedback to junior team members
- Communicate ideas effectively in both oral and written formats, one-on-one and in group settings
- Assist clients with data collection, analysis, and visualization to enhance decision-making
- Help develop and improve policies and procedures for various programs and operational needs
- Lead internal and external programs and initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- A minimum of 3-8 years of experience in consulting or providing relevant financial services to Financial Institutions or Fortune 500 companies
- Ability to lead full project execution, including client-facing roles, with a strong commitment to quality and standardization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrated knowledge of business development practices and an interest in growing a business
Certifications:
- Relevant certifications, such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Controls Auditor (CICA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), or a change management certification like Prosci
- Ability to obtain Public Trust security clearance
- Expertise in structured finance, securitization, mergers and acquisitions, and/or transaction management
- Experience working with financial services providers and asset managers
Salary : $90,000 - $150,000
