About the Role - This position will be responsible for managing client relationships in relation to include direct communication with clients, resolving issues, and managing a variety of account types such as Individual, Trust, and IRA accounts. The role requires proficiency with the FIS Trust System to generate reports, review activities / cash movements, interpreting trust documents, and maintain relationships with clients, attorneys, and other professionals.

Responsibilities
- Communicate directly with clients in a clear, effective manner; address requests, resolve issues, and meet their needs.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of various account structures, including Individual / Joint, UTMA, IRA, Trust, Corporate, and Partnerships.
- Utilize the FIS Trust System for administrative duties, such as generating customized reports, reviewing account activity, and managing cash flow.
- Participate in client meetings and discussions.
- Analyze and interpret trust instruments to validate their provisions, identify trustees and authorized individuals, and determine the extent of their authority.
- Supervise and track all incoming and outgoing cash transactions.
- Maintain a high level of proficiency in trust administration and apply it effectively.
- Stay current on tax laws, regulations, and trends that could influence administrative client services.
- Adhere to departmental policies and procedures to ensure top-notch client service and favorable audits and examinations.
- Serve as the primary liaison with commercial bank personnel by fostering strong relationships and providing accurate, timely solutions.
- Cultivate productive working relationships with clients, attorneys, accountants, and other professionals to ensure high-caliber administration and identify new business prospects.
- Represent the Trust Company at civic, governmental, community, financial, and professional events to build networks, develop new business, and enhance the firm’s positive reputation.
