Key Responsibilities
- Develop and conduct training programs for employees, including monthly sessions and sales training.
- Create, update, and enhance training materials, curriculum, and procedures to align with business objectives.
- Manage the organization’s online training platform and oversee the implementation of training plans.
- Assist with internal audits by providing necessary training documentation and compliance support.
- Support HR administrative tasks, including employee development initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership to assess training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed.
- Participate in business development presentations and community outreach initiatives.
