Turn90 is seeking a hands-on leader that is solutions-oriented and eager to operate efficiently and effectively!
About Turn90: Turn90 is a nonprofit social enterprise that combines job training, behavioral support, and real-world work experience to create a pathway to success after prison. Our screen printing shop in Columbia is one of three production locations operating as a full scale business. Through our businesses, we provide real-world employment opportunities and skills development for formerly incarcerated individuals, helping to reduce recidivism and support successful reentry into the community.
This role is part of our operations team and directly impacts product delivery, customer satisfaction, and our mission to reduce recidivism through employment.
Position Overview: We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, logistics-heavy environment and knows how to run a tight operation. You’ll manage the daily and weekly production calendar, coordinate goods movement, order and track supplies, and lead a small team. All while making sure every system in the shop runs the way it’s supposed to.
This is a hands-on, shop-level role. You’ll be fully responsible for the scheduling, materials, workflow, and performance of our Columbia print shop. You’ll also serve as a mentor and trainer to production staff, warehouse workers, and Team Leads, bringing a steady leadership presence and a deep understanding of how the shop should function.

- Transport Coordination: Prepare and manage weekly shipments to/from Charleston and Spartanburg. Understand the full delivery cycle and plan backwards from due dates.
- Job Prioritization: Identify rush or high-risk jobs. Coordinate with the team to ensure equipment, staff, and timing align for success.
- Communication: Keep the full team updated daily. Flag issues before they escalate. Ensure all moving parts are in sync.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including sales and social services, to ensure business objectives align with Turn90's mission of creating employment opportunities and reducing recidivism.
- Compliance: Ensure that all operational practices comply with safety standards and labor regulations.

- Print Execution: You are not expected to operate presses, but should know how the work flows and step in as needed.
