POSITION SUMMARY:
Ensure the highest level of quality, efficiency, and service by maintaining precise, professional, and dedicated standards in all operational tasks. Actively contribute to the department by executing responsibilities with accuracy, supporting team goals, and optimizing workflow processes. This position is responsible for upholding operational excellence, ensuring seamless execution of duties, and continuously improving efficiency, accuracy, productivity, and service standards to enhance overall resident and guest satisfaction.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages onboarding/offboarding process
- Employment and compliance, regulatory concerns, and reporting
- Employee orientation, development, and training
- Policy development, documentation & implementation
- Employee relations & communication
- Benefits, Medical administration, and reconciliation
- Manage employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health programs
- Manage LOA processes, documentation, and communication
- Filing, appointments, and recruiting schedule
- Assisting the Human Resources Manager with the development of a superior workforce
- Managing the accounting documentation for the Human Resources department
- Performing general secretarial services, including correspondence, scheduling, and administrative support
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Ability to handle highly confidential information in a professional manner
- Must possess a high sense of urgency, initiative, and common sense
- Must act professionally and courteously, and demonstrate an ability to work with a diverse group of individuals
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, prioritizing and organizing workload to meet deadlines
- Strong ability to multi-task and work well in an environment subject to changing priorities and demands
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge and use of ADP WFN - Preferred
- Bilingual is a plus
- Experience in Hospitality/Luxury Residences - Preffered
