Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Leasing Coordinator to join our team and oversee all aspects of leasing operations. As a Leasing Coordinator, you will manage the leasing process and deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily leasing responsibilities, ensuring smooth processes and adherence to company policies.
- Respond to prospective resident inquiries and conduct property tours to showcase available units.
- Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, applications, and correspondence.
- Maintain positive resident relationships in the office to encourage lease renewals and/or resident questions.
- Coordinate with management after punch to ensure units are prepared for move-ins.
- Ensure all office procedures are completed daily.
- Attend regular Fair Housing and multifamily industry related classes to maintain an accurate knowledge of laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma is required.
- Self-starter attitude, reliability, discretion, and ability to always maintain a professional attitude and appearance
- Excellent customer service and sales skills. Leasing experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must possess a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
- Computer skills and property management software experience are a plus but not required
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation
- Must be able to work regular office hours Monday – Friday 8:30AM – 5:30PM
- Must be available to work Saturdays 10:00AM – 2:00PM
Please be aware that this job does require the ability to walk, sit, and stand for extended periods of time as well as climbing stairs and have the ability to lift, push, or pull up to 15 lbs. You may also be exposed to inclement weather and must be prepared accordingly.
